Had the good fortune to contract with Elite for two bathrooms to be done from top to bottom. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. From Ralph, who first came out and explained what would be done, to Pat in the main office who dealt with any questions and scheduling, all interactions were warm and comfortable. The team lead by Dan was always attentive to detail and I’m pretty sure my house was cleaner than when they started each day! Elite recently converted our bathtub into a new walk-in shower. Brian and his team were awesome. They were on time and respectful of our home. They did a great job communicating and showing us their progress throughout the day and they cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards. Brian had a painter come the next day to finish off sealing and painting the ceiling. Miguel did a fantastic job on the ceiling.Everything from the first meeting with Ralph to following up with Pat over the phone was easy and worked out so well. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and the outcome.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job. It's hard to believe it was done in one day. Between the demolition of my old bathroom and the installation of all new plumbing, a new base, walls, door, and shower head, not one pinch of dust was left behind by his crew. The attention to detail was impressive. A wall bump had to be created to consider my not-so-standard-size bathroom, and it was done with care and attention to a quality job. Provided Elite with a great review almost a year ago on a bath remodel. A small issue popped up a few weeks ago and I called them. They responded the next day with a phone call and scheduled a visit for the fix. Refreshing to have this high level of customer service. It’s great when things go well but a true test of a company is when there is a problem after the job. Truly appreciate the great service, Elite!Fast forward to 2024 - I've had two bathrooms done by Elite - 2019 and 2021. Had a small issue with the bathtub stopper and called to see if they had model # so I could order the part. Pat called me back that day and after sharing pictures of the issue, John said he'd send the part to me and if I had an issue installing, he'd send someone out. No charge. This type of service is why I'll always recommend Elite. So thanks again to John, Pat, Lisa and the great crew at Elite!

Our experience with Elite Bathrooms was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we first spoke to Pat about scheduling until the final crew workers wrapped up their things and were gone we felt that we were in the hands of professionals who had streamlined all the steps and knew exactly what needed to be done. Each day they made sure that anything exposed was protected and at the end of the day that they left nothing messy and in the way. My husband was at home during most of the complete gutting and renovation and he said that every memberof the team was constantly working and in a good humor, which says a lot about the company they work for. They were just a great bunch of guys to have around!And the bathroom - I had no idea that it would end up looking so good! The tilework is absolutely masterful and better than I could ever have imagined. Mind you, it's a month since they completed the bathroom and we are still blown away by every detail. I would highly recommend this company for any bathroom renovation; they are simply the best.
My elderly mother wasn’t able to use her tub anymore Elite bathroom built her a beautiful shower with a seat , railings also a new floor and toilet .The crew was clean and professional they finished in 2 days.Thank you Elite bathroom for making my mothers life so much easier.
I recently had my bathtub replaced with a walk in shower by Elite Bathroom. We had the Kohler Luxestone products installed. This was not a complete gut and remodel but more of a refresh with the bath to shower element being the biggest change. We have a 75 year old house and wanted to maintain some of the character of the existing bathroom, including the existing non-shower walls and cast iron baseboard radiators. We also wanted to install a walk in shower that would be safe for my mother.This project had some challenges. Everything did not "go according to plan" as is often the case in home remodeling projects.John at Elite was very professional and responsive to addressing my concerns. Elite came back multiple times to install and address different issues without charging me anything additional or making me feel like I was unreasonable. They provided a few upgrades that were not in the original contact, including a customized cast iron radiator cover, and upgrade to the shower hose and an additional grab bar. The radiator cover, in particular, was a huge project outside the scope of what I expected as they had to have a metal worker customize a cast iron cover to size.Elite also installed some items that I had purchased to install myself. As a result, even though there were some hiccups, the bathroom is absolutely perfect and will be safe for my mother.The products and workmanship in the finished bathroom are very high quality. We are forever free of cleaning grout and the shower walls have the feel of quality tile not plastic or acrylic. I think the price that we paid, taking into account the quality and the responsiveness of the company, was very fair. I would recommend Elite Bath and the Kohler Luxstone product to anyone who is interested in remodeling their bathroom.

Working with Elite bathrooms as far as the install was a very pleasant experience. We had Daniel and his crew, let me tell you they did a beautiful job. They were neat, cleaned up everything. They left me with a beautiful tub to shower conversion.i am handicapped and this is something I needed. If you need a conversion in your bathroom, I wouldn’t look any further than Elite.
Last month Elite Bathrooms ripped out the old and installed the new. I am thrilled with our new bathroom. Dan and his crew were friendly and tidy. Demo was done quickly and efficiently. To my delight there was nothing to clean up at the end of each day. By the end of their fourth day here we had a new beautiful bathroom. Elite Bathrooms removed and installed a walk in shower with Kohler fixtures. I am extremely happy with the workmanship and all the professionals involved including the plumbers and electricians. There was a small problem that needed following up which was not related to their work. They arrived the next day to address the problem to my extreme satisfaction. I would happily use them again.
We just had a tub to shower conversion and it was a great experience. Our new shower is fantastic and what was better was the workers. There was never a question that went unanswered, and any little thing we might have wondered about was quickly addressed. All work is quality and the shower could not be better. These are good people.

Elite Bathrooms removed and installed a walk-in shower with Kohler fixtures, acrylic walls with a corner seat, and a new window. Professional, competent, courteous, efficient, neat - high quality work - amazing results. Upon arrival, they got right to work and didn't stop until done... It was obvious to us that Sean and the Team love their work and knew exactly what they are doing - Sean even fixed a couple 'mistakes' made by previous renovation (i.e. centered my shower head, etc.).
